Treacle tart

A sweet traditional British dessert with a sticky, chewy filling. It Starts with a homemade flakey, buttery crust that ages for one day and then is pre-baked. A filling made with imported British golden syrup is added and baked until bubbly and caramelized.

Canelés

A small, traditional French pastry from the Bordeaux region. Using a precise technique and intense heat provides a crispy, deeply caramelized outter shell, with a soft inner custard that has a hint of vanilla and rum (alcohol gets evaporated).
(Note: this pastry has a short shelf life of about 8 hours)

Crunchy double-butter chocolate chip cookies

Crunchy chocolate chip cookies, but even better - because double the butter! Made with premium cultured butter and a mix of semi-sweet and dark chocolate chunks. Topped with a sprinkle of flaky Maldon sea salt.

World’s best banana pudding

Homemade whipped cream mixed with a vanilla custard. Layered with banana slices and vanilla cookie wafers - A great addition to any group event.
